Terms and Conditions

1. Net 30 days.
2. Clearance and Sale items are C.O.D.
3. All custom orders require a 50% deposit. This includes embroidery.
4. A digitizing fee for embroidery of up to $50 may be charged for all orders under 20 units.
5. Direct Workwear Ltd. retains ownership of all goods invoiced until invoice is paid in full.
6. Upon review of your application, you will be advised of your credit limit.

I/We as an authorized officer of the company agree to pay all purchases in accordance with your terms of sale as specified on your invoices. I/We also agree to accept accrued interest charges at the rate of 2% per month on all past due accounts. I hereby authorize the person or firm, to whom this application is submitted, to obtain such credit reports or other information as may be deemed necessary in connection with the establishment and maintenance of a credit account or for any other direct business requirements. This consent is given pursuant to chapter 78, section 12, of the Credit Reporting Act, R.S.B.C. 1979.
